Residents across Melbourne’s west are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the calming power of sound healing at an upcoming community sound bath event hosted at beautiful Wyndham Harbour.
Wyndham Harbour will be hosting this event and local sound therapist - Amber Lochland of Quantum Resonance, will focus these sessions on creating a safe and welcoming environment where attendees can unwind, reset, and experience a sense of inner calm.
Amber has featured on the Travel Writers Radio, discussing Quantum Resonance’s distinct approach to sound therapy; with a blend of research, science and traditional therapeutic methods. This solid and trusted foundation has contributed to her building a reputation for accessible wellness experiences throughout Melbourne’s west and throughout the Barwon South Western / Geelong region, helping people discover the restorative benefits of sound healing in a supportive community setting.
Sound baths have grown in popularity across Australia as more people seek natural ways to reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and create moments of stillness in an increasingly busy world. Participants simply lie back comfortably while being immersed in the resonant sounds of Tibetan bowls, percussion, chimes and meditative frequencies designed to encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness.
Set against the peaceful waterfront atmosphere of Wyndham Harbour, the event aims to offer more than just relaxation — it’s an invitation for community connection, mindfulness, and self-care.

“This experience is about giving people permission to pause,” says Amber. “So many people are carrying stress, mental fatigue and may feel overwhelmed. Sound healing creates a space where the body and mind can soften, rest and recharge naturally.”
The session is suitable for everyone over the age of 14 years. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else needed to feel comfortable while lying down during the immersive sound journey.
As wellness and holistic health continue to grow across the western suburbs, events like this are helping foster a stronger sense of balance, wellbeing and community connection in the Wyndham area.
Look for this 1-hour event at The Elements Cafe every 2nd Sunday at 9:00am. For more information, visit Quantum Resonance or follow Quantum Resonance on social media for upcoming wellness events and sound healing experiences.
