Community Connections and Care Service now available at Wyndham Harbour / The Elements

Wyndham City Council has launched a Community Connections and Care service to support residents who may need help navigating life’s challenges. Whether you're looking for mental health support, food relief, or guidance accessing government services, this free and confidential service is here to help.

Every Wednesday from 8am to 12pm, you can now speak with a Community Connector at The Element. They’re available to provide one-on-one support tailored to your needs.

Support offered includes:

• Food relief and material aid

• Emotional and social support

• Counselling referrals

• Information about My Aged Care, the NDIS, and other services

• Help connecting with local groups, programs, and activities
