We saw the development, had a walk down to the beach they’ve made and although and we’d talked about getting an apartment, we thought we’d move into the city. Then we saw what was coming and thought ‘this is a better lifestyle, it’s more peaceful. I work in the city so it’s nice to get away from it, but not be too far away. We currently live in a house and we thought, as we get older, we don’t want to deal with the gardens and we thought a change of lifestyle and peaceful tranquility by the bay would be great.Sit on the balcony and have a cup of coffee. Less maintenance and we can enjoy life. A perfect lifestyle for us. We cannot wait.

I really believe in this area. It’s a growth area. It has a lot of untapped resources. I think the area itself is yet to be really discovered. I see the potential of the area as a good investment. It’s not very well known yet & I believe it’s a diamond in the rough. There is no other place in Melbourne this close to the city, that is within 2 minutes walk to the beach.

The team were very accommodating in providing the use of their massive barbeque. The toilet, laundry and bathroom facilities were outstanding. It's just been built so it's all clean, modern and new. Nothing was a trouble or a drama for the team for the time we were there. We invited the marina manager to come and tell our members about the Marina as we were pleased with how things were managed. For people in Melbourne, it's another option to go to.

We have a catamaran at the Marina so we’re excited about being able to walk out the door with our dog Pip and onto our catamaran and sail around. Everything is there for us. There’s a real community being built there and a very friendly one at that.

The marina is super clean and a big feature is the state-of-the-art floating pontoons. The design of the harbour is also important. It’s been constructed in a way that the boats are safe in all weather conditions. I’m really pleased with my investment.

My wife, three sons and I are loving living by the Bay. It’s a beautiful, quiet place and in the mornings I take a walk by the water - it’s breathtaking.
