Sustainability
Wyndham Harbour has a firm commitment to sustainability, with the aim of setting new benchmarks for reducing carbon emissions, implementing the use of solar technologies and water management.
Working in partnership with leading environmental group, Grow West, the developers will re-vegetate 500 hectares in the Upper Werribee Catchment Area to offset the development's carbon footprint during development.
Every aspect of the project has been carefully designed with Ecological Sustainable Design (ESD) principles in mind - from the choice of construction materials to carbon emission management.
Of course sustainable design isn't just good for the environment. It enriches everyone's lives - from enjoying a home that's powered by the sun to using recycled water to keep landscaping lush and green.
The team at Wyndham Harbour encourage sustainable design and are happy to provide some helpful guidelines to ensure your house designs at this development are sustainable by design.
