Ecological Sustainable Design is at the core of Wyndham Harbour's development. We believe in building for the future and are utilising a series of innovative measures to generate outstanding environmental outcomes and create a community in touch with its environment.

Selecting sustainable construction materials, creating energy efficient home designs and providing each land purchaser with their own solar power system are just a few of the ways in which Wyndham Harbour is creating a sustainable future. Extensive measures to reduce carbon emissions, carefully manage water and protect surrounding natural environments will also produce lasting benefits.

A major enhancement will be provided to the Upper Werribee Catchment Area in a program to offset the carbon footprint of Wyndham Harbour during its development phase. Under the initiative, 500 hectares of land will be re-vegetated by the developers, working in partnership with leading environmental group, Grow West.
